ATOM FILMS announced the winners of their Cell phone video contest Carrie Wolberg won the $5,000 grand prize in Alltel’s Are You Circle Worthy? contest for her 30 second film, "Hot, Hot, Hot". This video contest required the participants to shoot a short with just a cell phone. Check out all the finalists.
